Rentals in the San Lorenzo Valley

This is a small board, and it usually will be. The valley has very little rental stock, a good share of it changes hands privately, and what does get listed tends to go quickly. A short list here isn't a sign the board is broken. It's an accurate picture of a thin market.

Listings cover long-term rentals in Boulder Creek, Ben Lomond, Brookdale and Felton, drawn from property managers and public listings. Each one shows when it was last confirmed, so you can tell a fresh listing from a stale one, and each links back to its original source.

Before you send anyone money

Never wire money, send a deposit, or pay an application fee before you've seen the place in person and confirmed who you're dealing with. Rental scams follow tight markets, and this is one. A listing that pressures you to pay quickly, or asks you to pay before viewing, is a listing to walk away from.

The rest of the market

Because so much of the valley's renting happens outside listing sites, people who find places here usually do it by being visible locally: the community boards on Facebook, a note at the market, telling neighbors you're looking. Most valley rentals are filled before they're ever advertised, and that matches what turns up on this board.
